Graduallly, our house started filling up with all the stuff I had made over the past years. Time to create something to house that collection.
I had already made the Arabesque ( Click here for more details), so the challenge was to find out what to build around it.
I took some inspiration from old Chinese Cabinets,
then browsed through the works and books of James Krenov,
and started building my first virtual model in SketchUp:
Eight more versions followed until I was satisfied:
I chose wild cherry.
Two months later, it was done:
Nice and shining. 🙂
